Iconic manor estate of the late nineteenth century – beginning of the twentieth century, of eclectic architecture, located in the front line of Marineta Cassiana, in Dénia (Alicante).

It is located on a plot of 5,011 m2 with double access: from the road Dénia to Javea and from the pedestrian promenade of the Marineta Cassiana. On it is built a house of 446.1 m2 and a second building of 109.8 m2.

The main building, which preserves its original character, is distributed on three floors: ground floor, first floor and lift. The house has air conditioning, gas heating and alarm.
