The house was designed by a winner of the Pritzker award, considered the noble price in architecture, and was constructed by one of the most prestigious building companies of Barcelona, incorporating the most modern techniques and using state-of-the-art materials.
There are up to six relaxation spaces that are spread throughout the villa. Some in the exterior, others in the interior, but they are the perfect way to spend time with family, friends and guests, whatever the occasion. The rooms have a harmonious feel, that give off tranquillity. The area dedicated to massages can be found next to a small garden, of an oriental feel, a pond and a small hut of Japanese wood, a very special place where one can enjoy the calm sunsets. This part of the plot is separated by a small natural space that leads to the protected forest towards the West.
Villa Azur, has a gymnasium, private areas to work, a floating picnic area and, resting or reading areas. The barbecue terrace zone, with a pond, has a completely equipped kitchen, as well as two wood-burning ovens for barbecues or bread. The gymnasium, comprises the latest technology and allows one to carry out any kind of exercises with machines or on the floor, it is completed with two changing rooms, a sauna and a stream room.
The impressive waterfall with a height of more than 10 metres is the backdrop to the party room and the discotheque, with the capacity of 60 people, that can be found in the lowest part of the house so not to disturb any other occupants. This room benefits from natural light from its exterior terrace, next to a pond, and is equipped with a modern circular bar, next to the latest generation dubbing mixer.
